Luis Fonsi helps bring Pura Magia to life through music, art and family experiences throughout Walt Disney World Resort Sept. 15–Oct. 15
LAKE BUENA VISTA, Fla. – Sept. 15, 2026: Bring your familia to Walt Disney World Resort for Together We Are Magia during Hispanic & Latin American Heritage Month, Sept. 15 through Oct. 15. This year, Puerto Rican superstar Luis Fonsi joined the celebration, helping shine a spotlight on the vibrant cultures and traditions celebrated throughout the resort through music, art and more.
Luis Fonsi Brings Pura Magia to Life
During his recent visit, Fonsi experienced ¡Celebración Encanto! at EPCOT, where he met Mirabel and Bruno, as well as the Storytellers and Primos, who bring the entertainment experience to life through music and dance. He also enjoyed his favorite Disney World attraction, Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind, and met his favorite Disney character, Mickey Mouse.
Born in Puerto Rico and long connected to the Orlando community, Fonsi brings a deep appreciation for family, culture and the power of music to connect people. During his visit to Walt Disney World, he experienced some of the ways the resort celebrates Hispanic and Latin American culture, from music and entertainment to food and family experiences.

Music, Culture and Family Take Center Stage
Music takes center stage during the celebration, with Hispanic and Latin American artists bringing the sounds of their cultures to the Eat to the Beat Concert Series at EPCOT. The lineup includes:
- Latin Ambition: Sept. 15–17
- Grupo Mania: Sept. 20–21
- Metro Latino Band: Sept. 22–24
- Rey Ruiz: Oct. 5–6
- Viva Latina: Oct. 9–11
Over at Magic Kingdom, the fiesta includes the “Disney Adventure Friends Cavalcade”, featuring Mirabel from Disney’s “Encanto,” Miguel from Disney and Pixar’s “Coco,” and other friends like Princess Elena of Avalor, Jose Carioca and Panchito.
Our resort guests can also experience storytelling, music and dance, as well as Hispanic and Latin American-inspired films during select Movies Under the Stars experiences.
New Coco Collection Celebrates Family and Tradition
Adding to the celebration, guests can discover a new Disney and Pixar Coco merchandise collection inspired by the film’s beloved themes of family, music and tradition.
The collection includes a Miguel mug featuring his guitar and colorful Día de Muertos-inspired details, a women’s tee with embroidered florals, a guitar, calavera and alebrije designs, and a vibrant alebrije headband inspired by the fantastical spirit guides from the film. Select pieces are also available together as a mug and headband set.
