Asteria, the newest Storyliving by Disney community, is underway in the beautiful Piedmont region of North Carolina. Designed as a campus of discovery, Asteria will be a place where curiosity, connection and exploration are part of daily life.
Magic in the Making
Asteria is anticipated to begin home sales in fall 2027 and is expected to welcome residents in fall 2028.
Explore the Second Star Club
Thoughtfully designed by Walt Disney Imagineering, the Asteria community’s Second Star Club will offer a collection of indoor and outdoor spaces designed for different life stages including families, kids and adults.
Marquet Hall
The two-story signature restaurant will feature spaces for gathering, games and cheering on the home team.
Lost Key Cottage
A storybook-inspired bespoke home inspired by “Peter Pan,” available for events and overnight stays, inviting residents to step into the story.
Disney Programming
Programming at the Second Star Club is purposefully designed to spark curiosity and bring neighbors together through shared experiences.
Community Parks & Trails
Infused with the storytelling of Disney Imagineers, a collection of parks and trails will be placed throughout the community.
