Bopo Go! Boba Drinks and More Coming to Downtown Disney District Bopo Go! is a new café concept coming to at Downtown Disney District at Disneyland Resort in Anaheim, Calif. Brought to life by Eric Wang and Philip Wang, co-owners of Bopomofo Café with several locations throughout Southern California, the new Bopo Go! will serve high-quality, authentic boba/bubble tea, inspired by convenience stores in Asia with other signature beverages, light bites, imported snacks and candies. Arthur & Sons Steak and Bourbon Coming to Downtown Disney District Arthur & Sons Steak and Bourbon, a restaurant concept by Michelin-starred Chef Joe Isidori, is coming to the Downtown Disney District at Disneyland Resort in Anaheim, Calif. The classic steakhouse will offer premium cuts of beef, fresh seafood, sandwiches and salads, and a selection of bourbon and inventive cocktails. The restaurant's interior will feature crisp lines mixed with rich wood tones and feature a prominent bar, an array of plush booths, warm table seating throughout and private dining. Pearl’s Roadside BBQ Coming to Downtown Disney District Pearl’s Roadside BBQ, a restaurant concept by Michelin-starred Chef Joe Isidori, is coming to the Downtown Disney District at Disneyland Resort in Anaheim, Calif. This quick service eatery will feature pulled pork, beef brisket and smoked heritage turkey with house-made sauces, along with craft beers and moonshine cocktails. Inside the restaurant, fixtures and finishes will evoke the nostalgia of a vintage filling station renovated to become a vibrant and bustling BBQ joint.
