Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival Returns to Disneyland Resort March 6-April 27, 2026 

ANAHEIM, Calif. (March 6, 2026) – The Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival returns to Disneyland Resort, March 6-April 27, 2026, celebrating the flavors, creativity and diversity of California cuisine. The limited-time festival fills Disney California Adventure Park with vibrant entertainment and an array of specialty food and beverages inspired by the state’s rich cultural influences. This year’s festival features eight marketplaces offering a blend of new creations and beloved returning favorites. 

Guests can experience the Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival at a great value with special offers in early 2026, such as the California Resident ticket offer.* Various offers are also available for overnight stays at the Hotels of the Disneyland Resort.  

Coast through California’s culinary cornucopia 

The diverse festival menu is an attraction on its own, with more than 80 food and beverage items at Disney California Adventure Park featuring small plates, craft beer and specialty wines inspired by California’s bounty of offerings. Among the new selections at the festival are: 

  • Carbonara pizzetta from LA Style: served with white sauce, Nueske’s® applewood smoked bacon and black pepper drizzle 
  • Chicharrón nachos from California Craft Brews: chicharrón topped with chorizo, cheese sauce, tomatoes and salsa verde 
  • Ramen mac & cheese from Peppers Cali-Ente: served with furikake crumble, fish cakes, green onions and chile crunch 
  • Pork chile verde chalupas from Paradise Garden Grill: two chalupas filled with pork in salsa verde, shredded lettuce, pico de gallo, and queso fresco served with Spanish rice and refried beans topped with queso fresco 
  • Pandan latte churro from Terran Treats: classic churro rolled in coffee sugar, topped with pandan whipped cream and toasted coconut shavings 

Guests planning to sample multiple festival menu items can save with the purchase of a scannable Sip and Savor Pass, which comes in four-coupon and eight-coupon options.** Each digital coupon can be redeemed for a select food item or nonalcoholic beverage at festival marketplaces or participating dining locations at Disney California Adventure Park. The Sip and Savor Pass can be shared among friends and family or used over multiple visits to this year’s Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival.

A medley of live entertainment and more 

The dishes at the Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival are accompanied by a lineup of entertainment and limited-time experiences: 

  • Soarin’ Over California, the beloved favorite attraction returned on Feb. 6, transporting guests through the Golden State’s wondrous landscapes on an aerial adventure. 
  • Daily entertainment includes “Cookin’ with the Jammin’ Chefs” and live musical performances at the Paradise Gardens Bandstand. On select days, guests can enjoy “Confection Purrfection with the SuperKitties,” an interactive show inspired by the Disney Jr. Series,**** and band performances at the Palisades Stage. 
  • Celebrity chefs such as Jet Tila, Wing Lam, Duff Goldman, Disneyland Resort chefs and other talent lead culinary demonstrations at the Hollywood Backlot Stage on Saturday and Sundays during the festival. 
  • This year’s festival merchandise collection includes apparel, home décor and trading pins available at Festival Gifts, Elias & Co. and Studio Store at Disney California Adventure Park, plus Acorns Gifts & Goods at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa.
