Must-Try Menu Items at the 2026 Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival 

ANAHEIM, Calif. – From March 6 to April 27, 2026, the Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival at Disneyland Resort invites guests to explore the tastes of California for a limited time. Across eight festival marketplaces, participating dining locations and select carts showcase a flavorful lineup of fresh culinary dishes and beverages inspired by California’s culinary landscape. Guests can view the full festival menu on the Disney Parks Blog

Sip and Savor Pass 

Guests may save on the foodie fun with the purchase of a Sip and Savor Pass*, which can be shared among friends and family, or used over multiple visits to this year’s Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival. Available in a four- or eight-coupon option, each digital coupon is redeemable for a select food item or nonalcoholic beverage from participating festival marketplaces or dining locations. 

Creative new offerings 

This year’s festival introduces fresh dishes for guests to discover, including: 

  • Carbonara pizzetta from LA Style: served with white sauce, Nueske’s® applewood smoked bacon and black pepper drizzle 
  • Chicharrón nachos from California Craft Brews: chicharrón topped with chorizo, cheese sauce, tomatoes and salsa verde 
  • Pork chile verde chalupas from Paradise Garden Grill: two chalupas filled with pork in salsa verde, shredded lettuce, pico de gallo, and queso fresco served with Spanish rice and refried beans topped with queso fresco 
  • Chile relleno torta from Award Wieners: Chile relleno, refried beans, salsa roja, lettuce, cotija cheese, sour cream, and guacamole on toasted telera bread served with fries  

Cocktail creations, craft beers and mocktail mixings 

From specialty sips to nonalcoholic refreshments, the Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival has a wide selection of creative beverages. New highlights for 2026 include: 

  • Hot honey white sangria from Cluck-A-Doodle-Moo: Sauvignon blanc, gin, hot honey syrup, grapefruit juice, and sweet and sour garnished with sliced jalapeños 
  • California beer flight from California Craft Brews: Bottle Logic Brewing Explorando Mexican Lager, LA Bodega Brewing Company La Fresa Seltzer, Russian River Brewing Company Blind Pig IPA, Trademark Brewing Codebreaker IPA 
  • Cuties Mandarin Orange & Blackberry Punch from Garlic Kissed: House-made Cuties Mandarin orange purée, blackberry and strawberry purées, blackberry syrup, Simply Fruit Punch, and grapefruit juice garnished with a Cuties Mandarin orange (Non-alcoholic)  
  • Pandan Milk Tea from Lucky Fortune Cookery: Oat milk and toasted coconut with brown sugar tapioca spheres topped with coconut cold foam (nonalcoholic)

Blends of Golden State cuisine with a unique Disney twist return to the festival: 

  • Sirloin gruyère mac & cheese from Garlic Kissed: served with black garlic chimichurri, garlic butter crunch and Fresno chile slices  
  • Asa’DOS from Cluck-A-Doodle-Moo: Grilled skirt steak and chipotle chicken served with Spanish rice and salsa verde 
  • California Punch from California Craft Brews: Mango purée, guava nectar, cucumber syrup and lemon juice garnished with a mango-chile lollipop (non-alcoholic) 
  • Mickey-shaped Macaron made with SNICKERS® bar pieces from Uncork California: chocolate Mickey-shaped macaron filled with caramel ganache 

Sweet delights to savor  

Culinary explorers can indulge in sweet delights such as: 

  • (New) Pandan latte churro from Terran Treats: classic churro rolled in coffee sugar, topped with pandan whipped cream and toasted coconut shavings 
  • Café de olla tres leches cake from Mercado de Antojos: café de olla-infused tres leches topped with piloncillo, chantilly, cinnamon and a Mickey-shaped cookie  
  • (New) Banana caramel bread pudding from Aunt Cass Café: Banana pudding with caramelized butter sauce, whipped topping, and crushed vanilla wafers 
  • Cherry cobbler pot de crème from Golden Dreams: vanilla custard, cherry filling and oat crumble
