At Disney Experiences, Safety is a Core Value

Behind every magical experience is a deep commitment to the people who make it possible. Guided by the Disney 5 Keys, Safety is first, shaping how we work, care for one another and move forward together. Through ongoing education, accessible resources and a culture built on trust, cast members, crew members and Imagineers are empowered to raise their voice, take action and help ensure everyone feels supported, respected and safe.
