At Disneyland Resort, we have starting rates that range from $21.13 to $25.00, with many skilled roles exceeding a starting rate of $26.00 an hour. Nearly 96% of cast members earn above $22.00 an hour. Learn more about pay at Disneyland Resort.

Disney offers competitive healthcare, dental and vision coverage for eligible cast members and their families beginning on the first day of employment.

A dedicated on-site Cast Care Center helps in navigating 20+ resources available, including the Employee Assistance Program (EAP), legal support, tax services, commuter assistance, and connecting with quality child and senior care, pet care, and homework help. Cast members can also visit on-site Partners Federal Credit Union branches and an on-site pharmacy with low prices on a variety of over-the-counter medications and products.

Disneyland Resort supports career development in various ways including Disney Aspire, the company’s education and career development program, and Thrive@Disney, an annual mentorship program that engages cast members through professional development in the form of 1:1 mentoring relationships and networking events.

Cast members who are interested in exploring further education can take advantage of Disney Aspire, an education investment program that provides help with college tuition for eligible hourly employees. In addition, salaried cast members can take advantage of an educational reimbursement program, designed to supplement work experience with professional and technical education.

As a valued part of the Disney family, eligible Disney cast members receive complimentary access to Disney parks, a complimentary Disney+ subscription, discounts on products and access to one-of-a-kind events and exclusive previews. Cast members can also save on other Disney experiences such as Disney on Broadway, Disney on Ice, National Geographic subscriptions and more.
