Pay
At Walt Disney World, starting rates for part-time and full-time roles range from $19 to $23 per hour, with many skilled roles starting above $23 per hour. Beyond frontline and skilled hourly positions, the workforce includes thousands of professional roles in engineering, technology, finance, human resources and more.
Benefits
Medical, dental and vision coverage are available through a variety of plan options. Cast members also have access to two health centers, with a third opening in 2027.

We foster a culture of safety by empowering cast members to prioritize safe practices and care for one another to help create a safe environment. The safety and well-being of our cast members are a top priority, supported through education, dedicated resources and a shared commitment to advocacy.

Cast and their families enjoy complimentary park admission and exclusive discounts on products and experiences. Cast come together at attraction previews, special events, recognition celebrations and more.
Advancement
At Walt Disney World, advancement extends beyond education. Career growth is supported through Disney Aspire and other educational programs, giving cast members multiple pathways to develop new skills and advance their careers.
Life and Family Resources
Disney offers support resources for counseling, legal needs, financial education and back-up care for children, seniors and pets. In addition, there are two on-site childcare centers and several Partners Federal Credit Union branches.
Community
Disney supports local communities through charitable giving, education initiatives and volunteer service. Cast contributed more than 1 million volunteer hours in the past five years.
Inclusion
Leaders play a critical role in fostering an inclusive environment where cast members feel valued, respected and empowered. Disney supports a large network of Belonging Employee Resource Groups (BERGs), which are voluntary, employee-led groups formed around shared identity, interests and pursuits.
