The Cast Care Center: Supporting Cast Well-being at Disneyland Resort

Every memorable moment and unforgettable experience guests enjoy at Disneyland Resort is made possible by cast members who bring their talents and hearts to work each day. As they dedicate themselves to creating happiness for others, Disneyland Resort is dedicated to supporting them in return.

A centerpiece of that commitment is the Cast Care Center, a dedicated space where cast members can connect with over 20 personal and professional resources designed to help them thrive both at work and at home. The center opened backstage at Disneyland Resort in 2024 and has welcomed cast members for nearly 10,500 visits in 2026 alone.

Cast members are welcome to visit the Cast Care Center during operating hours, seven days a week.

“If you don’t know about certain resources or how to use them, that’s where we come in,” says Cast Care Program Manager Keri Bruce. “I’ve worked for other companies before Disney that didn’t offer anything like the Cast Care Center. To have such a fantastic resource for cast members is amazing.”

Cast members can learn about 20 resources available to support them in different phases of their life.

With extended hours, cast members with varied work schedules are welcome to stop by the center for an early morning conversation or an evening check-in with a Care Associate. In addition, cast members are also welcome to visit the two pop-up Cast Care Center locations at Disneyland Hotel and Pixar Place Hotel.

Care Associates are trained to help connect cast members to a wide array of resources including Commuter Assistance, Partners Federal Credit Union, Disneyland Resort Child Care and more. In addition, Care Associates are a great resource for cast members to learn more about Belong Employee Resource Groups (BERGs) and other opportunities to connect with the greater Disney employee community.

For well-being insight, additional Cast Care Center staff are equipped to help identify resources and programs best suited for a cast member’s personal needs.

Cast members can utilize access to resources like quiet spaces, computers and printers when visiting the Cast Care Center.

Beyond information and guidance, the Cast Care Center also offers practical, everyday support. There are quiet spaces for cast members to utilize, including open computer and printer access.

The Cast Care Center is one of the many ways Disneyland Resort is dedicated to supporting cast members in all stages of their journey. Learn more about the employment experience at Disneyland Resort.
